Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, local circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. When changes are needed, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives.
Tour prices include only the services listed in the confirmed itinerary or invoice. Flights, visas, insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and bank transfer fees are not included unless clearly stated.
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required travel documents. Steppe Travel is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Some services may be provided by trusted local partners and third-party suppliers. Their own rules and conditions may apply.

Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received. Until then, all arrangements remain provisional and subject to availability.
Payments
Deposit amount, balance payment, due dates, currency, and bank details will be shown on the booking confirmation or invoice. All bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the traveller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the itinerary, season, accommodation, transport, and third-party service providers. Any applicable cancellation fees and refund conditions will be explained in the booking confirmation or invoice.
Itinerary Changes
Steppe Travel may adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, local events, accommodation changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.
Inclusions & Exclusions
Tour prices include only the services specifically listed in the confirmed itinerary. Flights, visas, insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and additional services are not included unless clearly stated.
Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, personal health conditions, luggage, and compliance with local laws and customs during the trip.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage, delays, and all activities included in the itinerary.
Health & Safety
Travellers should inform Steppe Travel in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, or special requirements that may affect the trip.
Third-Party Services
Some services are provided by independent local partners and suppliers. Steppe Travel carefully selects these partners, but cannot control every action, delay, change, or condition related to third-party services.
Force Majeure
Steppe Travel is not responsible for loss, delay, itinerary changes, or extra costs caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, political events, strikes, illness outbreaks, flight changes, or government restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be handled according to applicable Mongolian law and relevant legal procedures.
